The Residential Landlords Association is reducing fees for landlords in Liverpool taking advantage of the new co-regulation deal.
The RLA signed the historic agreement with Liverpool City Council last month, offering landlords who are members of the association a 50% reduction on their licence fees.
It is now reducing its £20 registration fee by half – meaning it will cost just £10 per property to sign up.
