By RLA From 30th November 2014, Birmingham Council has implemented an ‘Article 4′ direction requirement on planning permission for private properties in parts of Selly Oak, Harborne, and Edgbaston ward of the city. The RLA opposed proposals during the consultation period but the council has proceeded with the scheme.
