By RLA Dictated by an EU Directive, and enforced in the UK by the National Measurement & Regulation Office (NMRO), new regulations will affect landlords who provide communal heating or hot water in flats and bedsits. The RLA have a meeting next month with the NMRO to discuss implementation, enforcement and some of the RLA’s concerns about the scheme.
